The principals are successful business people who have had a long history of pioneering paradigm-shifting technologies over the last 20 years. We are an independent company with no ties or influences to any real estate related company or organization. We believe in the Team concept and strive to partner with the best of breed to deliver superior solutions to our customers. The company is well funded and headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida.
Our customers are exclusively Realtors and Brokers and their respective prospects and clients.
Our mission is to be a facilitator for change to the real estate industry by bringing home buyers and sellers together in an online interactive environment that results in a transaction. We are driven to deliver leading edged services to Realtors and Brokers that will make their jobs better and improve their lives.
We believe that Realtors and Brokers have been, are, and will remain the best resource of information for buyers and sellers in making a home buying decision. Our solution is called N-Play, a client based application service that is installed and then resides and on our customer’s websites. The service provides a simple, real-time interface for making comprehensive, nonbinding offers on real estate 24/7. Buyers remain anonymous until an offer has been agreed upon, at which time all parties, with the assistance of their respective agents, enter into a purchase agreement offline and outside the purview of N-Play.
We are not Brokers or Agents. We do not make money from real estate transactions. We are not a lead generator or a listing service. We do not sell or broker personal information of users that use our service. We are not a search engine for real estate nor or we an aggregator of information. We are not an advertiser or sell advertisements. We are not an auction or foreclosure service. We are not a social network.
That’s just it; we are different from everything else on the internet. We are a real estate “enabler” that facilitates a transparent process for buyers and sellers to reach an agreement which results in a purchase contract. We make money solely by charging Brokers and Agents a fee to use our services.
