Commitment to Privacy.

N-Play RE, LLC (“N-Play”) takes your privacy very seriously.  This Privacy Policy describes how we handle your personal information for services associated with using the N-Play service.  This policy applies whenever you click on the N-Play icon or hyperlink or use the N-Play service.  Websites hosting N-Play are also governed by their separate privacy policies.  By clicking on the N-Play icon or hyperlink, you accept this Privacy Policy and expressly consent to collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information as described below. 

Collection of Information.

Upon submitting personal information in the course of using the N-Play service, you are no longer anonymous to N-Play to the extent you provide this information.  If you choose to provide personal information, you consent to the transfer, storage and use of that information by N-Play, the realtor and seller upon your acceptance of your offer by the seller. Additionally, we may collect and store personal information, such as e-mail address, contact information, and other information you provide such as terms of an offer during the offer process.  These terms include, but are not limited to, offer price, closing date, payment type, financing information, whether you are pre-qualified for a loan, closing costs, inspection costs, contingencies, offer expiration date, and offer date.  We may also collect other information from your interaction with the N-Play, such as computer and connection information, statistics on page views, traffic to and from, IP address(s), and web log information.  We do not install cookies on your computer.

Marketing of Information.

N-Play will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent.  We may combine your information with information we collect from other users to improve and personalize our services, content and advertising. 

Use of Information.

The primary purpose in collecting personal information is to provide you with a safe, smooth, efficient, and customized experience.  We may use your personal information to provide services and customer support, prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities, enforce our Terms of Use, customize and improve our services, and deliver information to real estate agents and brokers, for your use of the N-Play offer service or as you may request.  These real estate agents, and brokers, and include third parties to whom you explicitly (or implicitly via the offer process and acceptance) ask us to send your information or whom you otherwise explicitly or implicitly consent when using a specific service. 

Disclosures to Comply with Legal Requirements or Deal with Violations of our Terms and Conditions.

N-Play may disclose personal information to respond to legal requirements, enforce our policies, and respond to claims that a user is violating the Terms of Use.

User Identification.

Your e-mail address, which becomes your log-in identification, may become available to third parties.  Therefore, if you associate your name with your user ID, the people whom see your user ID may be able to personally identify your activities. 

Using information from N-Play.

N-Play cannot guarantee the privacy or security of your information and therefore encourages you to evaluate the privacy and security policies of the agent or realtor hosting an N-Play service. If you believe a real estate agent, broker, or seller is using your information in an authorized manner, please contact privacy@n-play.com.

Third Parties.

Except as otherwise expressly included in this Privacy Policy, this document addresses only the use and disclosure of information N-Play collects from you.  Real estate agents, brokers, and sellers may receive the information from you resulting form your visits or use of the hosting website.  Upon third parties receiving your information, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of information you provide.  N-Play does not control the privacy policies of third parties, and you are subject to the privacy policies of those third parties where applicable.  We encourage you to ask questions before you disclose your personal information to others.

Changes to Policy.

N-Play reserves the right to change or modify this Privacy Policy at any time.
